Model CB-65T CNC slant bed lathe is specialized for long-axis turning with workpiece lengths up to 1000 mm due to the large work envelope design and the programmable tailstock. Especially competent in the pillar, post, handrail, and stand column in steel, acrylic, etc.
Features
- The base of the machine adopts the whole iron casting structure to ensure high rigidity, and stability.
- A large work envelope to provide roomy space for the live tooling function that extends to multi-axis milling and turning and off-center multi-positions Y-axis milling capability.
- 45-degree slant bed design with a linear guideway significantly improves the accuracy and stability of the turning process while convenient for chip removal.
- the working length of the workpiece is up to 1,000 mm thanks to the programmable tailstock device for fast and stable turning, also easy to operate.
CB-65T Turn-Mill Complex CNC Center is equipped with a CNC program-controlled hydraulic tailstock and a 12-station power turret.
Various tools can be installed for complex machining like high rigidity cutting, long-axis turning, milling, drilling, and tapping.
The machines of the CB series with linear tool changers are particularly suitable for the series machining of smaller workpieces. The shortest tool changing times and reliable functionality guarantee increased productivity.
The inclined bed design ensures good chip flow.
The hydraulic chuck with a through-hole enables fast loading and short non-productive times. A flat-top conveyor and a high-performance coolant system round out the standard equipment.
