Product Description

Automatic bar feeders improve productivity by allowing CNC lathes to run unattended for extended periods of time. More time in-cut equals more capacity on the machine. For CNC lathe operations, an automatic bar feeder can even allow for a lights-out operation. Piece part costs decrease, allowing your company to compete more effectively and increase revenues.

Features     

The entire machine operates with electrical linkage, enabling fully automated material changing with a time of approximately 20 seconds. It is equipped with alarms for no material or improper feeding, eliminates the need for lubricating oil, and is hygienic and environmentally friendly.


It can meet any processing precision and appearance requirements. The feeder for longer materials can operate at higher speeds, minimizing material oscillation and extending the lifespan and accuracy of the lathe's spindle.


It utilizes servo motor transmission for precise control over feeding speed and force, with the ability to monitor the entire feeding length.


It adopts a PLC control system for intelligent display and easy operation.



Feeding length range: 450~1500mm, with a diameter of 10~65mm. It can hold up to 20 pieces of Ø20mm material at once. (Customization is available).
