Product Description
The SW-205 Swiss-type lathe uses a sliding headstock and a guide bushing to support the workpiece, allowing for precise and accurate machining of small and intricate parts. The machine is known for its ability to perform multiple operations on a single workpiece, including turning, drilling, milling, and tapping, in a single setup, which reduces the need for additional machines and handling.

This machine adopts dual-spindle, closed-loop processing, which has stable rigidity and improved efficiency. The dual spindles can process complex workpieces and complete them at one time, which improves processability.

Equipped with 21 total tools - 4 live tools, 5 turning tools on the gang tool post, 8 tools for back-end work, and 4 tools for front-end work for lateral rigid tapping, front rigid tapping, and back rigid tapping.

When equipped with optional Y2 Axis Unit, it can realize the processing and production of lateral movement.

 

 

The machine has the function of switching between the guide brush type and the non-guide brush type.

Equips with PMI ball screw rod rail and linear guideway to provide precision and low-vibration tool carriage movement.
