One-piece cast iron foundation is a true highly rigidity and vibration dampening slant bed casting base, providing large mass in a small footprint. More mass means higher rigidity and better heat dissipation to handle the materials with higher hardness like high-speed steel. For the main spindle, equipped with a BMT40 15-Station power turret and live Y axis with travel of X1-Axis/Y1- Axis/Z1-Axis: 200mm/70mm/300mm.
For the sub-spindle, the BMT40 12-Station turret and the Y axis are fixed with spindle travel of X2-Axis/Y2- Axis/Z2-Axis: 100mm/70mm /300mm.

Dual-power turret: Equipped with a Y-axis, offering a wider range of tools, more powerful functionality, and more convenient applications.
The sub-spindle function can fully resolve the precision issues of two-sided machining.
Taiwan roller linear guides are used, and the roller screw adopts a precision-grade screw from Taiwan, enhancing the machine's rigidity and precision to a higher level.
