Product Description
The SW-125 Swiss-type lathe uses a sliding headstock and a guide bushing to support the workpiece, allowing for precise and accurate machining of small and intricate parts. The machine is known for its ability to perform multiple operations on a single workpiece, including turning, drilling, milling, and tapping, in a single setup, which reduces the need for additional machines and handling.

This machine adopts dual-spindle, closed-loop processing, which has stable rigidity and improved efficiency. The dual spindles can process complex workpieces and complete them at one time, which improves processability.

Equipped with 22 total tools - 4 live tools, 5 turning tools on the gang tool post, 9 tools for back-end work, and 4 tools for front-end work for lateral rigid tapping, front rigid tapping, and back rigid tapping.

 

 

The machine has the function of switching between the guide brush type and the non-guide brush type.
